# View and download your invoice

## There are two ways to get a copy of your invoice: having it emailed to you automatically, or exporting it from Job History.

 

**Option 1: Receive Your Invoice by Email**

You can set up your account to email you an invoice each time a job is completed.

1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account.
2. Click **Settings** in the bottom left corner.
3. Click **Notifications**.
4. Under Personal Activity, locate **Job Completion**.
5. Check the box under **Attach Invoice** to have the invoice attached to your Job Completion email.

**Option 2: Export Your Invoice from Job History**

You can also download an invoice for a specific job, or a set of jobs, from Job History.

1. Click **Job History** in the left navigation.
2. Use the search bar, Date Range, Notice Type, and Status filters to narrow down the jobs you want, or search directly by tracking number, case number, or debtor.
3. Click **Export** in the top right corner.
4. Click **Export Invoice**.

**Notes**

- Export CSV is also available from the same menu if you need job data rather than a formatted invoice.
