# Understand job statuses
## Each job in your account moves through a series of statuses as it is processed. Here is what each status means.
**In Queue**
The job is within the 15-minute grace period before processing begins. This window allows for job cancellations or changes.
**Processing**
The mail package is being put together.
**On Hold**
Our Support team is reviewing this job due to a concern or error. Contact our team immediately to resolve this and move the job forward.
If you've chosen to receive notifications when a job is On Hold, you'll be notified by email and/or text, depending on which method you selected in Notifications.
**Printing**
The job is being printed and entering the USPS mailstream. The job cannot be pulled back at this time.
**Cancelled**
The job is no longer active in our system.
**Complete**
The job has been completed in its entirety.
**Notes**
- If your job is On Hold, [contact support](https://info.certificateofservice.com/knowledge/contact-support-include-hours-expected-response-times?hsLang=en)right away to avoid delays.
- Once a job reaches Printing, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
