# Reset your password

## If you've forgotten your password or need to set a new one, you can reset it from the sign-in page.

 

**How to Request a Password Reset**

1. From the sign-in page, click **Reset Password**.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click **Reset Password**.

If an account exists for that email, you'll receive a password reset link shortly.

**How to Reset Your Password**

1. Check your email for a message titled **Reset your Certificate of Service Password**.
2. Click **Reset your Password** in the email. This link is active for the next 15 minutes.
3. On the Set New Password screen, enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
4. Click **Save & Sign In**.
5. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page. Enter your email address and new password, then sign in to reach your dashboard.

**Notes**

- If the reset link expires before you use it, return to the sign-in page and request a new one.
- If you did not request a password reset, reply to the reset email.
