# Reduce postage rate with Postal Acknowledge Form (PAF)

## The Postal Acknowledgment Form allows you to reduce your postage costs down to the meter rate for all applicable weights. 

**How to Access the Postal Acknowledgment Form**

1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account.
2. Click **Settings** in the bottom left corner.
3. Click **Billing.**
4. Click the link underneath the Postal Acknowledgment Form.

**How to Complete the Form**

1. Fill out the information requested on the form.
2. Submit the form.

**What to Expect**

Once submitted, the form applies a postage discount down to the meter rate on postage for all applicable weights. The form is valid for one year from the date it is completed.

**Notes**

- Renew the form each year to continue receiving the discounted meter rate.
