Download the Certificate of Service

There are two ways to get a copy of your Certificate of Service: having it emailed to you automatically, or downloading it from the job overview page.

 

Option 1: Receive Your Certificate of Service by Email

You can set up your account to email you a Certificate of Service each time a job is completed.

  1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom left corner.
  3. Click Notifications.
  4. Under Personal Activity, locate Job Completion.
  5. Check the box under Attach Certificate to have the Certificate of Service attached to your Job Completion email.
Option 2: Download from the Job Overview Page

Once a job's status is Complete, you can download its Certificate of Service directly.

  1. Click the tracking number for the job, either from Recent Activity on the Home dashboard or from Job History.
  2. On the job overview page, scroll down to Downloads.
  3. Click Download Certificate of Service.
Notes
  • The Download Certificate of Service button is only active once the job's status is Complete.
  • These two options are not exclusive. You can enable the email notification and still download the Certificate of Service from the job overview page whenever needed.
