Change your email address

This article explains how to change your email and verify the new address.

Changing Your Email Address
 If you need to update the email address associated with your account, you can do so from your account settings. 

Why You Would Change Your Email
 Your email address is used to log in and receive account notifications. If your email changes, or you no longer have access to your current one, you can update it directly in your account settings.

How to Change Your Email

  1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom left corner.
  3. Click Profile, then Edit Profile.
  4. Under the Email field, click the blue link labeled Change Email.
  5. Enter your current password and your new email address.
  6. Click Send Verification Link.
  7. Check your new email inbox and click Reset your email to complete the change.

Notes

  • The verification link is sent to your new email address, not your current one.
  • If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting a new link.
