[Mailing](https://info.certificateofservice.com/knowledge/mailing?hsLang=en) # Cancel an incomplete mailing ## There are two ways to cancel a mailing, depending on whether it's still being uploaded or has already been submitted.   **Cancel While Uploading** 1. At any point during the upload process, click the **X** in the top right corner. 2. Click **Discard Mailing** to confirm. **Cancel After Submission** If the job has already been submitted, you can still cancel it from Job History as long as it hasn't reached Processing status. 1. Click **Job History** in the left navigation. 2. Locate the job you want to cancel. 3. Click **Cancel** in the Action column. **Notes** - Once a job's status changes to Processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
