# Apply promo codes to your organization

## Promo codes can be applied to give your organization a print credit.

**How to Apply a Promo Code**

1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account.
2. Click **Settings** in the bottom left corner.
3. Click **Billing**.
4. Under Print Credit Balance, click **Add Promo Code**.
5. Enter the promo code exactly as provided by your CoS representative.
6. Confirm the code to apply it to your account.

Once applied, the credit will be reflected in your Print Credit Balance. Promo codes are applied to the organization, not to a specific user. 

**Notes**

- Promo codes must come from an employee of Certificate of Service. CoS does not distribute promo codes through any other channel.
- If a promo code does not apply successfully, contact your CoS representative for assistance.
