Certificate of Service accepts credit card and ACH. **How to Access Payment Methods** 1. Log in to your Certificate of Service account. 2. Click **Settings** in the bottom left corner. 3. Click **Billing**. **How to Add a Payment Method** 1. Under Payment Methods, click **Add Method**. 2. Enter the payment details, including a nickname, payment type, and billing address. 3. Save the payment method. **How to Manage a Payment Method** Each saved payment method is listed with its nickname, payment type, last four digits, card expiration, and billing address. 1. Locate the payment method in the Payment Methods table. 2. Click the star icon to set it as the default payment method. 3. Click the pencil icon to edit the payment method. 4. Click the trash icon to delete the payment method. **Payment Fees** A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments. There is no processing fee for ACH payments. **Notes** - The payment method marked with a star is used as the default for billing. - Payment methods are shared and can be used across an organization. - If you have questions about a charge or a payment method on file, contact your COS representative.
